  • 'I' = Message can be no higher than an Information Message, that is,

    you can enter message type " " (blank), or "I"

  • 'W' = Message can be no higher than a Warning Message, that is, you can

    enter message type " ", "I" or "W"

  • " " = Message severity cannot be restricted
