Use
You can use this function within Customer Service to obtain information on a customer's current credit status. The checks can take place manually or automatically. If they are to take place automatically, the system will issue a warning if the credit limit has been exceeded as soon as
- you have released the service notification or order or
- you have entered the name of the customer and selected Continue.
