Documentation
Definition
Defines to which item of the assembled attribute value, a part of the value belongs.
Use
If one attribute value in the target system is assembled using several attribute values from the source system, the individual values have to be concatenated in a specific way. The sequence determines the order in which the individual values are arranged.
Dependencies
For each sequence, you can determine several mapping models that are converted according to your priority.
Example
You maintain the attribute mapping DOC. In this mapping scenario, the creator of a document is transferred from the source system (source attribute PE-GN) into the target system (target attribute R3-DOC-CR).
The indicator Regular Express is set.
Example 1:
You enter attribute mapping DOC for the following three entries:
Sequence 1 2 2
Priority 0 2 1
Source attribute PE-GN PE-GN PE-GN
You insert the following mapping rule into the fields for the attribute values:
Attribute Attribute value Example data
R3-MAT-NR &1- 123-
(Target attribute)
SOURCE-MAT M(.*) M123
(Source attribute)
