Indicator that controls the attribute value mapping in the mapping scenario Generate target attribute from several source attributes.

Dependencies

This indicator controls the mapping in the following way:

• Sequence takes precedence

  The sequence takes precedence if this indicator is not set.

• The target value is cumulated from a sequence of the partial target values.
• Each partial target value is determined individually according to its priority.
• Mapping is not possible if a partial target value can not be generated.
• Priority takes precedence

  The priority takes precedence if you set this indicator.

• According to the priority that you determine in the mapping scenario Generate target attribute from several source attributes the STEP processor tries to determine the target value.
• If all partial target values of a priority group are generated, then the target value is the compiled sequence of partial target values. The sequence number then determines the order of the sequence.
