Documentation
Definition
Function module, with which you determine the schedule of attribute value mapping to a specific company.
Use
In the SAP Standard system only the attributes and attribute values that you maintain for a specific mapping context are evaluated for attribute mapping. If you want to evaluate additional data from the SAP database you can determine these checks in a company specific function module.
Example
The function module MAPU1_MAPFN_EXAMPLE_01 (User Defined Mapping Function) is available as an example in the SAP standard system (development class CMAP, function group CMAPU1).
In this example, the attribute values from several source attributes are concatenated to one target attribute.
