Definition

This fields indicates whether change pointers should be used for the POI master data download. Change pointers must be read and updated in order for data changes to be downloaded. In this case, they are also needed for a complete master data download.

Do not flag this field if you always want a complete data download and don't want change pointers to be read and updated.

If you switch off the option to use change pointers, you won't be able to download data changes.

If no entry is made in this field, the default value (no use of change pointers) is used.

Note:

Before activating this field you should read the POI documentation about the use of change pointers. Using reduced message types instead of basic message types is recommended.
