Definition
Matchcode selection for jobs in the career model.
If the person entered occupies a position and if this position is assigned to a job in the career model, the "start job", i.e. the current job of the person, will automatically be displayed in this field.
For simulation purposes you can also assign the person to an entirely different job in the career model in order to see how the candidate would function in another environment.
If the person entered is not assigned to a job in the career model, you have to select one for the selection (-->Matchcode !).
