You set this indicator if the materials for which a planned order is already available are to be sorted according to the earliest production start. You can improve performance by not setting this indicator.
Dependencies
You should note that it is possible that not every material is selected for which there is a planned order if you limit the number of hits. On selecting the materials they are not sorted according to planned orders but only after the specified number of hits has been selected.
