Key that determines, for each plant, how the system is to search for existing cost estimates.

Use

This key is a part of the strategy sequence. If the system finds a cost estimate that matches the first search criteria, that cost estimate is transferred. If the system does not find a cost estimate, it uses the next search criteria and so on.
