Definition
Controls whether an entry tool corresponding to the cost component structure is generated when an additive cost estimate or a material cost estimate without quantity structure is created.
Use
If you select this option, the system creates the list screen of the unit cost estimate applicable to the cost components of the cost component structure.
The system inserts an item of type V in the list screen for every cost component, and assigns the items with the cost component, cost element, and (if applicable) the origin group.
In doing so, the system takes the entries from Customizing under the path Product Cost Planning -> Basic Settings for Material costing -> Define Cost Components -> Update of Additive Costs.
Dependencies
If you want to enter data for a cost estimate to be used as a reference, this indicator does not apply.
