Definition
Identifies a specific document type of a source document, for example, trading contract, purchase order, or sales order.
Use
This field is used in the invoice forecasting worklist. In addition, the document type is used as a filter in the Business Add-In (BADI) BAdI: Relevance Determination at Source Document Item Level to implement a relevance determination logic based on the document type of the source document.
