Definition
Activation or deactivation of stock update counters for the transfer to the logical target system, SAP APO, via APO Core Interface (CIF).
Use
- To activate update counters for the CIF stock integration, choose Activate.
- To deactivate update counters for the CIF stock integration, choose Deactivate.
When you use stock update counters, the system generates CIF queues without serialization for the stock transfer. This reduces the serialization effect, in other words, dependencies between different LUWs in the qRFC queues. This results in improved CIF scalability and thereby improves the performance of the transfer.
