Definition

The processing status of a postprocessing record indicates whether postprocessing is required or if it has already taken place.

Processing status    Meaning

1    Still to be processed

The object for which the postprocessing record was created must be retransferred.

2    Processed     This postprocessing record has already been processed (for example, using a new data transfer) and additional processing is not necessary.

3    Obsolete (set manually)

A user has decided that it is not necessary to retransfer the data. Therefore, the user set the processing status Obsolete manually.

4    Obsolete (automatically set by system)

If an object is retransferred for which an unprocessed postprocessing record already exists (postprocessing status Still to be processed), the system assigns the postprocessing record that already exists the processing status Obsolete (automatically set by system).

This processing status is only set for data transfers from SAP APO.

5    Retransfer not allowed

A retransfer of the data for this postprocessing record is not allowed.
