Use

If you select this field, you cannot change billed meter reading results in the case of floating backbilling. If you do not select this field, you can change the last meter reading result billed during floating backbilling.

This field can be useful in gas billing. When a result is billed, gas factors are still unknown, so provisional factors are used. Floating backbilling takes place once the gas factors are available. You may then find that you need to change the meter reading result billed.

The indicator is also used in the same way when importing profile values. If the indicator is set, then no profile values can be imported within the billed period.
