Definition
When processing clarification worklists, you can carry out a check on the agent that processes individual clarification items using a role definition (analogous to SAP Workflow).
The agent then receives only those items for clarification which, within the SAP organizational plan linked to the specified role, he or she is authorized to process.
The only roles you may enter here are of the category: "Role with responsibilities" (no other role types are permitted).
In addition, the container definition can only contain elements that have attributes belonging to the relevant application table.
