Use

Symbolizes the status of an object, dependent on the last user.

If the status is In process, a different icon appears, depending on whether the last user to make changes (= processer of the object) is different than or the same as the current user.

To display the meaning of the symbols, choose Goto -> Status key .

Note

Empty status is reserved for the system, which is shown by an empty icon field. It displays that the corresponding object no longer exists in the database (if it was deleted by a different user since the last time you selected a list from the database ).
Use the "Refresh with new selection" function to refresh the list display.
