Definition
Within clarification worklist processing, you can display a list of urgent clarification cases (further tab titles - clarification worklists).
With this role you can determine which critieria clarification cases must fulfill so that they are considered urgent. These criteria are fixed as selection criteria in a role with responsibilities (as with SAP Workflow). This allows user-specific selection criteria for clarification cases.
For example, you can stipulate that, for one clerk/group of clerks, urgent cases are those with an amount of over $5,000 and for another clerk/group of clerks those with an amount of over $50,000.
Clerks will then only receive those clarification items in the list of urgent cases for which they are responsible within the SAP hierarchy linked to the role.
Only roles of the category "Role with responsibilities" can be entered here. No other role category is allowed.
The container definition can only contain elements that have a DDIC reference to the related application table.
