Definition
When you temporarily view a document's files, this setting specifies that the system also displays the key of the respective document info record in addition to the file description.
Use
You can select document info records in CAD desktop and display their files by choosing the View Assigned Files pushbutton. The system opens the assigned files temporarily without actually navigating to the document info record.
If you select this checkbox, the system includes the key of the corresponding document info record in the file name that appears in the header line of the file being displayed. This helps you to identify which files belong to which document info records when viewing files for several different document info records at the same time.
Dependencies
The system only shows the above mentioned pushbutton and considers the sequence you defined for the document types if you have activated the parameter CDESK_DISPLAY_ORIGIN: Activate Function for Directly Viewing Assigned Files.
Example
If you have selected this checkbox, the system displays the file name 10000000815_PRT_000_00_Picture1.jpg in the header line of the file instead of just Picture1.jpg.
