Documentation
Definition
Description of the conflict that might occur when document info records are checked in to or out of the secure storage area.
Use
The system runs a consistency check when document info records with originals are checked in and out. It then lists any conflicts and their suitable solutions in the check-in assistant or check-out assistant, respectively. To guarantee that conflicts are processed correctly, conflicts and possible actions to resolve them have been predefined and are not modifiable by users.
For each conflict, you can define one solution that you want the check-out and check-in assistant to use as the default solution for the relevant conflict.
If you select the With Conf. checkbox, the system merely proposes the default solution when the corresponding conflict arises. If you do not select this checkbox, the system automatically applies the default solution.
