Definition

Warning when an inconsistency occurs when document info records are checked in to or out of the secure storage area.

Use

The system runs a consistency check when document info records with originals are checked in and out. It then lists any conflicts and their suitable solutions in the check-in assistant or check-out assistant, respectively. To guarantee that conflicts are processed correctly, conflicts and possible actions to resolve them have been predefined and are not modifiable by users.

The input help for this field lists predefined combinations of conflicts and solutions. If you select and enter one of these combinations, the check-in / check-out assistant uses that solution as the default solution for the corresponding conflict. For each conflict, you can define one solution as the default solution.

If you select the With Conf. checkbox, the system merely proposes the default solution when the corresponding conflict arises. If you do not select this checkbox, the system automatically applies the default solution.
