Documentation
Definition
The rank determines the change status sequence within an object.
Use
When adding a change status to the usage location table for the change sequence graph, the system assigns the next highest rang to the change status, while referring to various entries with the same object key.
Dependencies
The rank is used to create relationships. The relationship is created between two change statuses of the same object, where the change status with the lower rank represents the "Relationship from", and the change status with the next highest rank represents the "Relationship to".
Example
There are two change statuses for a component variant. If a third change status is created, the system assigns it rank 3 in the usage location table for the change sequence graph.
