Definition

Contains the average measurement of a quantity for a specified period of time.

Use

Dependencies

The system determines the average measurement depending on the following objects:

• Regulation (regulatory list)
• Company code
• Year
• Monitored substance
• Period for Average

This means, the system determines a total quantity for a monitored substance over a specified time period (for example, over three years) for each of the concerned regulations and company codes. From these various total quantities, the system calculates the average.

If no average was calculated for a quantity or a quantity is not relevant for calculating the average, the text Not Calculated is output.

In the standard system, this field contains the three-year average for preregistered phase-in substances. The average is calculated with the program Substance Volume Tracking: Calculation of Average.

Example

Monitoring Year = 2009

relevant years = 2006, 2007 and 2008
