Use

A scenario, together with a regulation, covers the following process steps:

• Determination of the relevant materials
• Determination of the relevant substances for the materials (material-substance assignment)
• Determination of the substances to be tracked (breaking down of the substances to their components)
• Aggregation of the tracked quantities
• Saving of the tracked quantities

In Customizing for Substance Volume Tracking in the IMG activity Specify Scenarios, you can specify function modules for each scenario and regulation, which carry out these process steps for the scenario and the regulation.
