Definition

Characteristic that labels a specification as a polymer.

Use

Select the characteristic that assigns a value to the polymer labeling in the specification workbench (transaction CG02). To do this, use the phrase that you assigned to the environment parameter Label as Polymer (SVT_PHR_POL_INDICAT) in the Customizing activity Specify Environment Parameters.

Dependencies

To label specifications as polymers, enter a value assignment type in the Value Assignment Type for Polymer Labeling selection field.

Note: The usage (rating and validity area) of the corresponding value assignment in the specification workbench must match the usage that you entered in the Customizing activity for polymer labeling.
