Has the effect that the tracked quantities are condensed down to specific data.

Use

Condensing the tracked quantities has the following effects respectively:

  • In Substance Volume Tracking: Monitoring, the display of the tracked quantities is condensed down to the fields shown, according to the view:
    • Material view: regulation (regulatory list),company code, year, material, specification, tracked substance
    • Substance view: regulation (regulatory list), company code, year, tracked substance
  • The report RREGCH_VT_CONDENSE_SAVE transfers the tracked quantities for the substances to be tracked to the property tree. Here it condenses down to the following fields and transfers the total substance quantity determined:
    • Regulation (regulatory list)
    • Company code
    • Year
    • Tracked Substance
    • Monitoring period
    • Plant
