Use

For information purposes you can create a description of any length for the work area or pattern in addition to the name of the work area or pattern that has a limited number of characters.

Procedure

To create a description that goes beyond the visible line length of the Description field (long text), proceed as follows:

  1. Specify the language.
  2. Double-click the Description field to open the long text editor.
  3. Enter your text and then choose Back.

The system indicates that a long text exists by displaying a pushbutton at the end of the entry field. You can choose this pushbutton to display the long text.

Once you have created a long text, you can only edit the text using the long text editor.
