Identifies a functional location from the user's view.

Use

If necessary, you can change the indicator for a functional location. The system then automatically records an indicator history and thereby prevents uncontrolled reuse of former indicators. The indicator history makes it possible to interpret former location labels in non-changeable documents outside the SAP system.

You can issue one primary and more alternative indicators for a functional locations.
