Definition

Indicates that the case is to be treated as a privacy concern case.

Dependencies

For some accident reports, the stipulation exists that for certain injuries or illnesses, the name of the person affected should not appear on the report. In these cases, the system evaluates the Privacy Case indicator during report generation and, if required, prints a remark to this effect on the report instead of the person's name.

Example

One example for the evaluation of this indicator is the OSHA 300 report. This report must be created in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) in the U.S.
