Definition
Specifies the number of calendar days on which an employee:
- Could not perform all the tasks assigned to his or her job
- Was unable to work full-time
- Was temporarily transferred to another job (task)
If an absence lasts longer than 9999 days or if the end date of the absence is not set, 9999.99 is displayed as the number of days.
The days with restrictions are calculated as follows:
- Days on which several restrictions overlap are only counted once.
- Absences that lie within the period of a restriction are deducted from the days with restrictions.
