Dependencies

If the person affected is an employee, as a result of the integration in the SAP component Personnel Time Management you can create an absence in Personnel Time Management or assign an existing absence and change it if necessary. Integration is not possible for external persons affected.

Requirements

You have authorization to edit absences in Personnel Time Management.

Procedure

Choose Create HR absence or Change HR absence. For external persons affected the pushbuttons named above are not displayed.
