Documentation
Definition
Specifies whether the accident is reportable.
Procedure
You can set the indicator manually.
If your system is set up accordingly, you can run a check and let the system set the indicator if you wish.
Dependencies
A user exit is supplied for the check run by the system. In the standard system, the user exit assigns the indicator in accordance with German law. It does not replace any manual settings or previous calculations. For more information about the user exit, see the documentation for the reference function module CBIH_LB14_IAREPORTFLG_COMPUTE and in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Basic Data and Tools under Manage User Exits.
If your company uses incident/accident management to record work-related injuries and illnesses in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) in the U.S., this indicator is evaluated when the OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A reports are generated. In these reports, only those events for which the indicator is set are taken into account.
