Definition
Specifies the value assignment of the risk after checking the results of the risk assessment.
Use
The person responsible can enter a final value assignment and formally close the risk assessment. The data record can still be changed.
Dependencies
- The field is ready for input only if no more safety measures are open, meaning all safety measures have either the status Task completed or Deleted by PM.
- Once you have entered the value assignment after check, you can make a follow-on assessment.
- If you execute the Exposure profile matchup function, the rating of the corresponding exposure profile entry is matched up with the Value assignment after check. If you have not made an entry in this field, the main rating is used for the matchup.
Note
Your value assignment is illustrated using traffic light status icons. The following traffic light colors correspond to the individual value assignments:
1: High risk -> Red
2: Medium risk -> Yellow
3: No risk -> Green
0: No value assignment -> No icon
