Documentation
Definition
Key that identifies the scene of an accident uniquely.
Use
Incident/accident management and the injury/illness log accesses the accident locations you have specified.
If you cannot provide an exact enough definition of an accident location by specifying one work area, you can add the accident location to the information stored for the work area.
If an accident location does not belong to any work area (for example, company parking lot), you can state the exact location of the event (for example, in the case of accidents while commuting to or from work).
Examples
An employee has an accident on a certain staircase in the administration work area.
If you define this staircase as the scene of the accident, you can determine not just all the accidents that occur in the administration work area as a whole, but also all the accidents on this staircase.
Supplementary Documentation - CCIHE_ACLOC0002
Dependencies
Prerequisite for specifying an accident location is that you have defined accident locations for the respective work area.
Supplementary Documentation - CCIHE_ACLOCDESC0001
Use
The description of the scene of the accident can be transferred to forms, for example, to the accident report (field 31).
Note: Only a limited number of lines can be output on the forms.

If you already selected the scene of the accident, the input field has the description preset. You can add to this text as required.
