Definition

Number of an existing change master, whose data (such as, header data object types) is transferred to the change master being created, as default values.

Use

This reference change master can help you enter data.

Procedure

If you do not know the number you can select it using the matchcode.

  1. To select a matchcode ID, press the F4 key.
  2. Place the cursor on the line containing the desired matchcode and press the F2 key.
  3. Enter selection criteria.
    The system requires an entry in the Change number description field. If you do not know any part of the text, enter *. Then press ENTER.
  4. A list appears of all change numbers that meet the selection criteria.
  5. Place the cursor on the line containing the desired change number.
    Press the F2 key so the system transfers the selected change number.
