Definition
This indicator ensures that the Define basic change function is active for the leading change master records.
The leading change master records must fulfil the following requirements
- Effectivity is defined by the Valid from date.
- All allocated change packages are released technically (Technical release).
- The leading change master record is released for production.
Use
If you perform the Define basic change function for a leading change master record, the following rules apply:
- The change master record is effective:
- without any time restrictions
- without any status restrictions
- You cannot enter any late packages for the leading change master record even although the Late packages supported indicator is set.
