This indicator ensures that you can only maintain one object management record for each change object (for example, BOM).
Use
This indicator is only relevant to ECR/ECOs. It ensures that a change object can only be processed with reference to one incomplete change order.

Dependencies
If you want to process a change object with reference to a change order, the system checks whether the change object has already been processed with reference to another change order. You can only process the change object with reference to a second change order if the first change order has been completed (system status).
