Documentation
Definition
This key shows the current user status and the user statuses that have been assigned so far.
The user status displayed in this line is dependent on the definition of the status profile.
Use
The abbreviations for the previous statuses are shown in sequence from left to right in the line. The current status is on the right.
Procedure
If you want to:
- set a new user status, choose the Status management pushbutton. You see the Change status detail screen. Choose menu option Edit, function Set user status.
- display the description of the status, choose the Status pushbutton.
Note:
From the Status detail screen, you can display an overview of both system statuses and user statuses. To do this, choose menu option Extras -> Overview.
Examples
When you create a change master record and choose a change type, the system automatically sets the user status defined in the assigned status profile as the initial status.
Dependencies
The system determines the defined user statuses via the status profile assigned to the change type in the customizing settings.
