Definition
Indicates that a leading change master record can be released for production even if not all subordinate change packages have been technically released.
Use
If you set this indicator, you can:
- Assign change packages to a leading change master record after it has been released
- Release leading change master records using the release key for production, even if not all assigned packages have been technically released
In this case the system displays a warning.
Activities
To release a change package technically, choose the Technical release pushbutton in the change master record.
