Definition
Counter that is automatically allocated when you create a change number.
Use
It differentiates the different effectivity requirements that are defined for the different change numbers. This counetr is taken into account if an object has been changed at least twice with reference to different change numbers, if the change no. effectivity has been defined with the same parameter effectivity (for example, serial number interval).
Dependencies
Since the counter always counts upwards, the change number that was created last has the highest counter and in this case, this change number is taken as effective.
