Definition

This indicator controls the scope of the status display.

Use

You can use the indicator if you have set one of the following indicators for the change overview:

  • Status of change number
  • Status of object management data

Procedure

You have the following options for controlling the status display for a change master or change object:

  • If you want to see only active statuses, set this indicator.
    The system determines the active statuses in the same way as in the
    Goto -> Status management function in the change master record.

    Active statuses include all the statuses that either

    • were set active (for example, "All objects checked") or
    • are active now (for example, "ECO incomplete")

      Active statuses are displayed with history. For statuses that have been set and deleted more than once, each activity is logged, including the change date and the person who made the change. However, if the last activity was "delete status", this status is not currently active and is therefore not on the list.

  • If you want to see all the statuses that have been set or deleted, do not set this indicator.
