Definition
If this flag is set the bill of material for each given material is exploded and all materials in the bill will be sent to the external system.
The explosion is controlled by a flag in the MRP type. This flag determines whether or not a material is planned by an external planning engine. Every time a material is reached that is not planned by an external system, the explosion stops. This material will be sent to the external system, but its subordinates won't.
If the explosion flag is reset, only the given materials will be sent to the external system. The MRP type is not taken into account.
