Definition

Controls the data transport and data display on the subscreen.

Use

Dependencies

The required structure or database table must have been created in the ABAP Dictionary.

When assigning the structure or database for the subscreen, note that:

  • You do not have to specify a structure for the following tabs and subscreens in the subscreen container because these settings have no impact on the data transport or data display:
    • On the tab page of a function with the lowest sort sequence (left tab page) for the subscreens with sort sequence 1 and 3; structures are already assigned to these subscreens in the screen container.
    • On the other tab pages (from left to right) for the subscreen with the lowest sort sequence (topmost subscreen).
  • You must specify a structure or database table for all other subscreens in the subscreen container.
  • You must specify a structure or database table for the subscreens of the subtabs.
