Definition

Indicates that the print request will be printed immediately after it is generated.

Use

You can specify that the print request is printed immediately after it is generated (status Created). The following settings are available:

  • X Print Immediately - Cancel if Warning
    • The label is printed immediately after the print request has been generated.
    • If warnings occur when the print request is generated, the label is not printed. Messages with further details about the warnings that occurred are displayed in the application log or on the Log (Print Request) tab page.
    • Print the print request in the labeling workbench by choosing the Print pushbutton.
  • ' ' Do Not Print Immediately

    You need to trigger printing of the label or the corresponding print request in the labeling workbench by choosing the Print pushbutton.

  • W Print Immediately - Do Not Cancel if Warning

    The label is printed after the print request has been generated, even if warnings occurred when the print requests were generated. In this case, the labels might not be output as required.
