Use
For the print preview, the print request data is displayed in the file format specified here. The SAP system provides the print preview in the corresponding viewer (for example, as .PDF or .RTF).
Dependencies
The WWI server administrator must ensure that the WWI server can deliver the required file formats.
The administrator for the user#s PC must ensure that the viewer for displaying the selected file formats is available on the user#s PC.
