Use

If you select CB supplement, you can enter the stated values using the following budgeting activites:

• In Supplement: Enter values for commitment budget and include Overall values
• In Supplement -> Change hierarchy : Change values for commitment budget.

If you select CB Supplement AND PB Supplement, you can enter the following budgeting activities:

• In Supplement: Enter values for payment budget and commitment budget and include Overall values
• In Supplement -> Park: Park supplements for payment budget and commitment budget and include Overall values.

For Copy from budget version the Program does not evaluate the transaction-based activation indicators of budget versions. You can control access to this function using FM area authorization and authorization for versions.
