Use

If you select CB Release, you can enter the stated values using the following budgeting activities:

• In Release -> Change hierarchy: Release values for commitment budget.
• In Total up: The program totals the values for the releases of the commitment budget.

If you select CB Release AND PB Release, you can enter the following budgeting activities:

• In Release: Enter values for payment budget and commitment budget and include Overall values.
• In Release -> Park: Park releases for payment budget and commitment budget and include Overall values.

For Copy from budget version the Program does not evaluate the transaction-based activation indicators of budget versions. You can control access to this function using FM area authorization and authorization for versions.
