Definition
This unit of measure is used in CATS for Service Providers to calculate a total (for all time-based components)
Example
The time-based components for the task type consulting are working hours and overtime hours. The unit of measure for the total is stored in Customizing as Days. The total of working hours plus overtime hours is calculated for each task, converted to days and displayed in a separate totals column.
Note
If there are no entries in this field, the system uses the default unit Hour
