Input values

  1. Internet mail address, for example, John.Doe@xyzcorp.com
  2. SAP user name, for example, JOHNDOE
  3. Personal distribution list from SAP Office
  4. General distribution list from SAP Office

Use

If an e-mail address has been specfied, the selected Smart Form is not printed, but is sent as an e-mail instead.
