Definition

Determines how often data in My Account Assignments is to be updated.

During an automatic update, account assignment objects are determined

Old texts are updated to reflect the latest status.

The update occurs automatically when you enter CATS for Service Providers if the following conditions are met:

1. Employees maintain their own working time data
2. My Account Assignments is activated in the transaction
3. Date of last update plus automatic update after x     days is less than or equal to the current date.

Example

Last update: 01.01.2000 plus update after 30 days = comparison date of 01.31.2000

If the comparison date is less than or equal to the current date, then the update occurs.

If you set the update to x days = 0, then you deactivate the automatic update. You can always explicitly request an update (simply right mouse click in the My Account Assignments List and then choose the Update texts menu option).
