Definition

If this indicator is set, you can enter an internal and external text for long text entry in CATS for Service Providers.

Example

An external text is to be printed on an invoice for the customer.

An internal text is used for communication between the employee and the admnistration/expenses department (for example, to draw attention to special notes that need to be taken into account for billing).

Requirements

The indicator for Long Text Processing Per Day of Activity must also be activated.

Further notes

The screen for long text entry displays a list box that you can use to switch between internal and external texts.

The long text that is provided when you print the invoice contains the internal and external parts. To split this up use the CATSXT_SPLIT_LONGTEXT function module.
